Vision and Scope - Draft

Objective One:

Create an initial collaborative of innovative software developers whose intention is to supplement income and/or provide mentoring/support by being part of a covenanted network of capable peers. This first network will work on products based on a set of business plans which will be posted to all covenant registered/performing members.

Objective Two:

1. Create a system of specialized collaboratives, in accordance with the collaborative business plans and economic models. These collaboratives will allow for high reliability service for customers of covenant members.
2. Create a new paradigm of software development based on:
   • Authentic capability
   • Sharing, cross training, and mentoring as a primary enabler/ensurer of positive interdependence
   • Observance of high standards of workmanship
   • Improving personal and process capability throughout the collaborative
